Continuando la MIA (Laura) analisi delle canzoni in gara all'Eurovision Song Contest 2012,la seconda proposta che ha catturato la MIA attenzione è quella del gruppo in gara per Israele,gli Izabo.Gli Izabo sono una band fondata nel 1989 che combina indie rock, rock psichedelico, disco, punk e suoni mediorientali ed arabi.
“I was really confused at first – why do they want a rock band in the competition? But then I realized that we’re not just an alternative rock band, we have disco, funk and usually our music is very happy, so I saw the connection.”
